Corné Gabriëls works and resides in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After graduating at the Rietveld Academy of Arts, he attended the fashion masters, Fashion Institute Arnhem. Ever since he presented his work at venues such as, Stedelijk Museum Bureau Amsterdam, De Appel, Dutch Touch Paris, Amsterdam International Fashion Week, Prelude by Dutch Fashion Foundation and White Homme Milan. He was also nominated for prizes such as Prix de Rome, Nouvelle Image, Robijn Fashion Awards and Festival des Arts de la Mode Hyères. Corné Gabriëls also works on projects like exhibitions, costumes for Introdans and most recently designed a costume for the icon of French cinema, Jeanne Moreau.

His work is best described as pure, classic and contemporary, with a conceptual approach but still very wearable. The high quality materials he uses and the mostly handmade pieces, give the items a unique character. Corné Gabriëls is being sold in selected stores and in his own webshop.
