This bow tie excists off a reusable handkerchief, which you can take out and put back in the neck strap after you dried your tears. The esthetic of this design is in its authentic form and suggestive emotion.
METAMORPHOSIS
The transformation from caterpillar to butterfly is one of nature’s most powerful symbols of change. After meeting my father for the first time, a pivotal moment in my life, the butterfly became the starting point of a new design. From there, my focus shifted more deliberately toward neckwear. The collection features silk, digitally printed and monochrome cotton and woven bow ties.

Bowties with petals in the shape of a flower. Digitally printed and made from silk with an adjustable neck strap in the same green color as the stem of a flower.

A play with words and a tribute to the dance floor, where the mirror ball tie steals the spotlight. This limited atelier edition is created to celebrate my new working space, showroom and shop in the heart of Amsterdam.
